Design Concept
The strategically perforated built mass allows onlookers a peak at the existing hotel block at the rear. A blend of Goan architectural features and voluminous modern spaces co-exist in different hierarchies. The central atrium acts as an anchor, where all the adjoining spaces informally converge and interact visually with each other.
Elements such as domes sloping roofs, trusses, arcades and terraces come together to form a spectacular streetscape.

This architectural project is located on a busy junction of Calangute with a lengthwise exposure towards the street with a church & other typically Goan structures, presenting as a culturally charged vista. The hotel boasts 117 rooms along with choice ethnically interiored restaurants , conference and health club facilities.
