The Clubhouse is the captivating block seen at the entrance and thus has been designed to stand out as an Icon by itself. It features a restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, guest rooms and recreational areas like Table Tennis, Squash, Badminton and a multipurpose Turf on the Terrace.
The Amenity Floors have been designed to connect residents and allow a luxurious living experience offering a wide array of spaces for all age groups ranging from Recreation, Work, Fitness and Rejuvenation.

The project involves enhancing a Godavari River View Apartment Building to blend with the context while standing out in itself as well. It involves designing Interiors of 2 Spacious 4Bhk Sample Flats roughly 3100 and 3300 sq ft in size. The scope also involves redesigning the Façade, Interiors of 2 Amenity Floors in Addition to the Podium Floor each approximately 15000 sqft in expanse, redesigning the 10,500sqft Clubhouse Block Architecturally to make it an Icon.
