The architectural paradigm embraces a linear obtuse-angled geometry, meticulously orchestrated around a central axis. The deliberate symmetry in development flanking both sides of this axis serves as a strategic maneuver, effectually segregating vehicular movement from the entry points. Within this calculated framework, the nucleus of the design unfolds—hosting the clubhouse and recreational facilities in a harmonious convergence. Emanating symmetrically on either side of this central nexus, the residential towers contribute to an aesthetic equilibrium and functional coherence, embodying a synthesis of form and purpose.
Situated within the MIHAN enclave, The Raintree Park, First City is an expansive architectural venture spanning 31 acres of meticulously curated landscape. Comprising twelve towers, this development is designed to accommodate a total of 2150 apartments. Beyond its residential functionality, the project integrates seamlessly with the urban fabric, offering not only convenient shopping facilities but also an array of carefully curated recreational amenities. This synthesis of residential and leisure spaces exemplifies a commitment to architectural excellence and an enhanced quality of urban living.
